Artisan plus que limite, qui profite de l’incompréhension des personnes agees pour ajouter des produits et des services au devis, quand ma grand mère lui a expliqué qu’elle n’avait pas besoin de qqchose d’aussi sophistiqué et que l’assurance ne lui remboursait pas l’evier, ce monsieur a repondu que c’etait deja commandé!
